Monday through Friday (09-13/05/2022)

Thursday

Morning

I have to admit... I wasn't in a good place the previous days...

I was very anxious and stressed and I couldn't sleep well and I was feeling tired all the time...

Am I better now? Not so much... Do I try to? Yes... So...

My day so far has been productive... And nice... 

I woke up at 07:00 and out of bed at 07:45... Had my usual breakfast, read the Stoics and the book (which is still "Maybe you should talk to someone") and I went for a nice workout...

I want to tell you about my workout... There is a course field near by and they have placed some free gym equipment... It is one of those that you use your weight to exercise... So, I walked there (which is a 15 minute walk) and then I had my workout (not something extremely crazy, just 30 minutes) and then back... The total was about an hour and during this time I was listening to Erin May Henry's podcast "The Game Changer".

Now I am back, I am having my first coffee, I had my morning skincare and sunscreen (since I am planning on going out) and I am getting ready to go to work...

Friday

Morning

First let me talk to you about last evening...

It was a busy day, but also a very productive one... So I was tired, but it was a good one... I finished work at around 19:00 and I only made dinner (something light) and then went to bed at 21:15... I tried to watch some youtube, but I fell asleep immediately. 

I woke up at 07:00 and I was feeling well rested and relaxed... I didn't get out of bed until 08:00, but I had breakfast, read and meditated as usual...

I then went for a walking workout... Not a big one, but a nice one... I took nice pictures (which I plan on making an instagram post) and I came back refreshed and ready for the day... 

Now it's time to work... I will talk to you later today, or tomorrow... I will let you know how my evening went and I will post this week's blog...

 Evening

Everything falls into place now... I am on those days... That explains a lot... My evening was unproductive, but the rest of the day was fully productive, so I am feeling good about today...

I will lay in bed early and sleep, because I feel super tired...
